Based in SEATTLE, WASHINGTON
Between a 9-5 and being a mom, I didn't know where I'd ever find the time to do something I enjoyed so much. The day-in and day-out was comfortable, but I needed a way to channel creativity, expand my sights and take things to another level.
My photography venture began in the summer of 2009, sort of on a whim and a leap of faith. And when the idea struck, I couldn't stop thinking about much else.
I LOVE-love-love a good story. Growing up, my nose was always in a book. As a child, I'd narrate my day-to-day in my mind as if it was a story in a book, and see certain things that I'd illustrate my story with, placing the images in memory. As a photographer, I love capturing moments within moments in a photograph. Everyone has a story, and those special moments are all the words between the lines, all the words that can remain unsaid because the image speaks for itself.
I've been blessed with the best inspirations - the most amazing children and an incredible family, who constantly push me to dream, and who I hope to do the same for.
This is a chapter in the story of my life, and an adventure in itself! I'm thankful and ever excited to see where the road will go :).
